This webinar provides information for FY2014 grantees including expectations around and available support for grant activities, submission of the Planning and Implementation (P&I) Guide, and evaluation requirements. Technical assistance providers from the CSG Justice Center’s National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC) and a representative from the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) will discuss resources that are available to support grantees, and answer questions about completing the P&I Guide and other expectations for grant period.

Additionally, NRRC has partnered with the Center for Advancing Correctional Excellence (ACE!) at George Mason University to offer four grantees the opportunity to become pilot sites for the Risk-Needs-Responsivity (RNR) Simulation Tool. The tool will help grantees that use the risk-need-responsivity model to improve their recidivism reduction outcomes. As part of this initiative, NRRC will train four pilot sites on the simulation tool and incorporate it into the technical assistance that the sites receive as part of their grant. During this webinar, panelists review the tool and explain the goals and the application process for the pilot site project.
