“Criminology at the Intersections of Oppression” is this year’s theme for the American Society of Criminology’s (ASC) annual meeting. Sessions topics are wide-ranging within the field of criminal justice and cover such issues as correctional policies and reform, youth mental health, and police use of force. The annual meeting also includes the ASC Employment Exchange, which provides information on available jobs listed by ASC members, a self-service message exchange board to facilitate communication between employers and potential employees, and a discussion area for employment-related conversation.
