In the third installment of the “Ask the Doctor” webinar series, Fred Osher, M.D., facilitated a conversation with JMHCP grantees on the principles of care associated with positive outcomes for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Dr. Osher, Director of Health Systems and Services Policy at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, opened the webinar with a short presentation on EBPs (for adults) associated with positive public health and public safety outcomes and how jurisdictions might adapt those EBPs to their own settings and evaluate their effectiveness.
