In the second installment of the “Ask the Doctor” webinar series, Fred Osher, M.D. facilitated a conversation with JMHCP grantees on the myths and realities of Evidence Based Practices (EBPs). Dr. Osher, Director of Health Systems and Services Policy at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, opened the webinar with a short presentation on EBPs (for adults) associated with positive public health and public safety outcomes and how jurisdictions might adapt those EBPs to their own settings and evaluate their effectiveness. Dr. Osher then responded to questions from the field.
