[Apply Now] Family Drug Court Program

Awards_OJJDPThe U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is seeking applications for funding under the FY 2019 Family Drug Courts Program. The program seeks to build the capacity of states, units of local government, state and local courts,  and federally recognized tribal governments to sustain existing family drug courts or establish new ones.

Family drug courts serve parents who are involved with the child welfare system and require treatment for substance addictions. These courts provide intensive judicial monitoring and interventions using a multidisciplinary approach to treat parents’ substance addictions and/or co-occurring mental illnesses and substance addictions.
