Apply Now: Smart Prosecution Initiative Training and Technical Assistance Program


The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is now accepting applications for the Smart Prosecution project, which seeks to enable prosecutorial agencies to identify and define their most pressing crime problems and institute lasting cultural and organizational changes that foster reliance on and effective use of evidence-based practices, data, and technology. BJA’s “Smart Suite” of programs invest in the development of practitioner-researcher partnerships that use data, evidence, and innovation to create strategies and interventions that are effective and economical.
