Case Management for High Risk/High Needs Individuals

This session will focus on case management models that can appropriately serve the behavioral health needs of high needs participants. Practitioners will also learn how evidence-based practices (EBPs) associated with positive public safety outcomes can be integrated into case management to intervene with participants that are high need and are also at high risk for criminal recidivism.
