The National Association of Counties (NACo) is seeking applications to support counties in their exploration, learning, and action in understanding the impact of housing quality, stability, and affordability on neighborhood and county health outcomes. Cohort activities are aimed at equipping county officials and staff with the information necessary to make informed decisions towards better housing and health for their residents. Selected counties will participate in a mix of group in-person and virtual learning and engagement opportunities. Each county team, composed of two to four members, will receive individual and group-based support from NACo staff and experts at the intersection of housing and health equity. Teams will also receive financial support to attend each of the three in-person peer exchanges as part of the cohort. Support for this cohort is provided by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
