Making Restitution Real: Five Case Studies on Improving Restitution Collection

Across the country, policymakers, criminal justice officials, and victim advocates are becoming increasingly attuned to the problem of uncollected victim restitution. Authors discuss their jurisdictions’ current issues, challenges, and promising practices.
