2018 Second Chance Act Orientation for the Innovations in Reentry Initiative Grant Program

Hosted by the National Reentry Resource Center, with funding support from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance

During this webinar, grantee recipients of the FY18 SCA Innovations in Reentry (IRI) program received information about the grant program, including steps for starting their program, submitting the Planning and Implementation (P&I) Guide, and fulfilling Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) expectations. A technical assistance provider from the National Reentry Resource Center as well as a representative from BJA answered questions and discussed the resources that are available to grantees. A FY16 IRI grantee also joined the webinar to discuss their experience with the grant program and lessons learned.
