The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is seeking applications for its FY 2018 National Juvenile Court Data Archive program. The archive aims to promote public safety by collecting, maintaining, and making accessible the nation’s primary source of detailed information on juvenile court case processing of juvenile delinquency and status offense cases. The program provides funding for agencies to build and maintain relationships with data suppliers so that they can collect submissions of automated case-level data sets extracted from various information systems. This is in order to combine and aggregate these unique data sets to produce national estimates of U.S. juvenile court activity.
The solicitation provides further details about the program. Applications are due by May 16.
