This webinar reviewed the prevalence, impact, and treatment of trauma for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. The presenter was Dr. Gene Griffin, a professor in the Northwestern University medical school’s department of psychiatry. During the webinar, Dr. Griffin reviewed the role of trauma screening and assessment and the current state of treatment responses in the recovery process for juvenile justice-involved youth who have experienced trauma.
