Researcher-practitioner partnerships are key to implementing data-driven approaches to reducing crime, improving community safety, reducing recidivism, and preventing unnecessary confinement. Having a researcher at the table can also help in designing effective approaches. This webinar reviews effective methods for building and implementing a research partnership, with a particular emphasis on agencies that have recently established a new research partnership or are planning on starting a research partnership. Webinar presenters include Dr. Edmund McGarrell from Michigan State University and Dr. Faye Taxman from the George Mason University, Center for Advancing Excellence!
