This webinar explores ways that juvenile defenders and civil legal aid attorneys can partner to share expertise and provide essential legal representation for youth facing the collateral consequences of having criminal records. The webinar introduces participants to the Clean Slate Clearinghouse, a valuable tool for those interested in getting involved with record clearance or expanding their current practice to include juvenile record clearance. The target audience for this webinar includes:
- Civil legal aid attorneys
- Defenders: public defenders, contract counsel (also referred to as conflict counsel or panel counsel), and private attorneys providing defense representation
- Youth service providers
