Justice Reinvestment in West Virginia | Overview

To guide the effort, these state leaders established the Justice Reinvestment Working Group, a bipartisan, inter-branch working group that includes state cabinet secretaries, Republican and Democratic lawmakers, court officials, and other stakeholders in the criminal justice system. State leaders have begun compiling extensive data from various agencies, which they have provided to the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center.
