Madeleine Dardeau provides guidance to states considering new policies and practices to achieve public safety goals. In previous roles at the CSG Justice Center, she provided policy research, analysis, and technical assistance to states participating in Justice Reinvestment. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Madeleine managed Oregon’s Justice Reinvestment grant program, which focused on strengthening community-based supervision and services to increase local alternatives to incarceration. She also previously worked as a policy staffer in the Oregon and Alabama legislatures. Madeleine earned a BA from Portland State University and an MPAP from American University.
