Gretchen Frank

Gretchen Frank provides technical assistance to sites participating in the Stepping Up initiative. Before joining the CSG Justice Center, Gretchen was a policy analyst at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she worked to ensure that the city and state were enacting equitable policies focused on the mental health and well-being of the city’s children and families. She previously served as a child welfare attorney for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services. She received her BS from Cornell University and her JD from the University at Buffalo Law School.
