Project Manager, State Initiatives
Estrella López provides technical assistance to state leaders in adoption and implementation of evidence-based policies and practices that reduce recidivism and advance public safety. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Estrella spent over a decade as a county prosecutor, where she handled a wide array of criminal cases. Estrella received her BA from Wesleyan University and her JD from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
