Zero Returns to Homelessness Explainer
A Collaborative Vision for Corrections, Housing Leaders, and Their Partners

This brief explains the vision and concept of Zero Returns to Homelessness, a national initiative designed to help cross-systems partners build reentry housing systems that expand access to housing for people returning to their communities.
