Shawn Rogers
Shawn Rogers, M.P.P., is a senior program manager on the Recovery and Reform Team at the Center for Justice Innovation. He provides training, technical assistance, and program support to criminal legal practitioners. Previously, he led COVID-related projects at the Addiction Policy Forum, and prior to that, he spent over a decade at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, delivering technical assistance on reentry and providing communications support. Shawn holds a B.A. from Kansas State University and an M.P.P. from the University of Denver.
