The CSG Justice Center combines trusted data, practical strategies, and cross-systems collaboration to help leaders and practitioners in all three branches make their communities safer and healthier.
In addition to our data, publications, and events that are open to anyone, our researchers, policy experts, and data analysts work directly with state and local leaders across the country to identify and implement community- and data-driven solutions for their most complex justice challenges. Many of our team members have worked in police departments, mayors’ offices, courts, behavioral health settings, schools, and youth and adult corrections facilities.
Over the last 20 years, we have worked with thousands of leaders across all 50 states to:
- Redefine reentry and reduce recidivism
- Address violent crime and improve crisis response
- Strengthen behavioral health responses from courts, corrections, and communities
