Health Reform and Criminal Justice: Advancing New Opportunities

This video is a webcast of the April 2014 conference, “Health Reform and Criminal Justice: Advancing New Opportunities,” cohosted by the Community Oriented Correctional Health Services (COCHS) and the journal Health Affairs. The event provided a forum to discuss emerging issues at the intersection of health and criminal justice policy, including Medicaid eligibility and enrollment considerations, integration of community and jail health systems, and health information technology’s role in building connectivity between corrections and community health care providers. The conference featured a keynote address by Tony West, Associate Attorney General of the United States.
