JMHCP supports innovative cross-system collaboration to improve responses to people with mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders who come into contact with the criminal justice system. This solicitation specifically seeks to increase early identification and front-end diversion of people with mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment needs.
