Process Measures at the Interface of Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health

The data collection and evaluation learning community series for JMHCP and SCA grantees focuses on topics related to quality assurance and implementation science. This session was focused on “study and act” of the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) process featuring Dr. Faye Taxman from George Mason University and grantee speaker, Melissa Pierson from Franklin County, OH. In addition to the session recording and powerpoint slides, Dr. Taxman provided discussed a couple of resources on implementation science developed by her and the team at the Center for Advancing Correctional Excellence at George Mason University. The resources entitled “Implementation Science Toolkit: Equipping justice agencies with the tools to facilitate the change process” and “solving puzzling probation problems with PDSA” can be found below
