Alison Farringer provides technical assistance and outcomes-based contracting support to Second Chance Act grantees focused on co-occurring mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Previously, Alison led an implementation evaluation of a new statewide performance measurement initiative for Ohio’s specialty courts. For the last four years, she has also worked as an evaluator for a series of federal grants aimed at expanding addiction and mental health services for drug court participants. Alison earned a BS in psychology and a BS in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati, an MA in forensic psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is currently completing her PhD in criminal justice at the University of Cincinnati.
