Christopher Horn oversees developing and implementing communications strategies for the CSG Justice Center and its programs. Before this role, Christopher was the head of strategic communications and partnerships at C40 Cities and the director of communications at American Forests, positions in which he created communications and marketing plans that raised awareness of and advanced the organization’s key policy issues and program areas. Christopher received a BS in journalism from the University of Kansas.
