Darby Baham is an experienced communications professional who specializes in content and communications strategy. She leads the development of short- and long-range content and communications plans that support the CSG Justice Center’s mission and translate complex research and data into accessible solutions for state and local leaders. Since 2016, she has overseen the editorial process for projects involving health policy, housing, mental health, law enforcement, substance use, and corrections/reentry. Darby previously worked as a public affairs specialist, publications manager, and writer/editor. She has a BA in journalism from Howard University and an MA in American government from Georgetown University.
