Hyla Jacobson works across the Corrections and Reentry Division to provide support with internal operations and coordination, technical assistance on reentry program implementation and policy reforms, and grant reporting and management. Previously, Hyla worked as a research assistant at the Police Executive Research Forum, where she conducted research and provided technical assistance to law enforcement agencies on critical issues in policing. Hyla received her BA in sociology from Dickinson College and her MPP from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
