Kendra Queen provides technical assistance to state and local jurisdictions seeking to strengthen specialty courts, law enforcement–mental health collaborations, diversion, and alternative response programs. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Kendra served in leadership roles with Buncombe County Justice Services in North Carolina where she developed diversion programs, coordinated Crisis Intervention Team training, and supported cross-system behavioral health and justice collaboration. She is also a trained Sequential Intercept Model mapper. Kendra earned her BA in art history and BS in sociology from Western Carolina University and her MPA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
