Megan Pfeiffer

Project Manager, Corrections and Reentry

Megan Pfeiffer leads technical assistance for the Reentry 2030 initiative. She has also supported state and local criminal justice agencies in implementing programs for incarcerated parents and their children and for people returning home after incarceration. Previously, Megan worked as a program director on Rikers Island in NYC, where she developed and oversaw the program’s visiting, parenting, counseling, and advocacy services. She is a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience providing services to survivors of gender-based violence and people impacted by the criminal and family court systems. She received her MSSW from Columbia University, MS in criminal justice policy from the London School of Economics, and BA in history from the University of Michigan.
