Robert Hamill focuses on projects designed to address violence; improve access to victim services; and strengthen connections among criminal justice agencies, behavioral health providers, and the community. Before joining the CSG Justice Center, he was the administrator of the crime victim compensation and sexual abuse examination payment programs in the Iowa Department of Justice. Robert has also been a consultant with the State Administering Agencies Support Team and the OVC VOCA Center. Previously, he served in the Des Moines office of U.S. Senator Tom Harkin in several roles. Robert received a BA in business administration from Grand View College.
