Steven Diehl provides technical assistance to states and local jurisdictions seeking to improve their behavioral health diversion programming; establish specialty courts; improve reentry outcomes; and strengthen connections among behavioral health providers, corrections, courts, and law enforcement personnel. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, he served as the 17th Judicial District Problem-solving Courts coordinator in Pennsylvania, which also functioned as a national mentor court program under the direction of the National Drug Court Institute and the U.S. Department of Justice. Steven earned his BS in criminal justice from York College of Pennsylvania and his MS in criminal justice administration with a concentration in justice administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
