Survey of National Association of School Resource Officers Members
The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) and The Council of State Governments Justice Center surveyed more than 440 NASRO members in July 2013 to better understand school-based officers’ concerns, barriers to success, policies, and practices, as part of the School Discipline Consensus Project. Survey results provide insights into how NASRO members perceive SRO roles, selection, training, supervision, and other issues related to police in schools.
