Kariem Morssy provides technical assistance to grantees of the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Kariem worked at the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, where he supported grantees implementing violence intervention/prevention projects to establish fulfilling protective networks for youth and interrupt the drivers of violent crime. Previously, Kariem worked at the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, where he coordinated diversion programs for people with behavioral health needs and criminal justice involvement. Kariem also worked as a case manager and youth mentor in the city of Harrisburg with youth involved in the justice system. Kariem holds a BS in criminal justice, a BA in political science, and a MA in criminal justice from the Pennsylvania State University—Capital College.
