Previously,
Jaquila
served
at
the
South
Carolina
Department
of
Corrections,
where
she
led
initiatives
to
reduce
recidivism,
expand
access
to
postsecondary
education,
and
advance
workforce
development
opportunities.
She
played
a
key
role
in
implementing
evidence-based
reentry
programs
and
establishing
best
practices
to
support
successful
reintegration
efforts.

BS

psychology
from
South
Carolina
State
University

MPA

Strayer
