[Apply Now] Adult Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program

The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is seeking applications from jurisdictions looking to either establish a drug court or enhance an existing drug court by implementing evidence-based principles and practices.

This grant program provides financial and technical assistance to states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Indian tribal governments in developing and implementing drug courts and veterans treatment courts. BJA also supports courts that integrate the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards (drug court standards) into existing drug court services.

The deadline to apply is April 16.
