Andrew Byrum manages and contributes to data cleaning, analysis, and visualization for juvenile and criminal justice projects, including the Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI), Improving Outcomes for Youth (IOYouth), and Justice Counts. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Andrew was a research analyst with the City University of New York, leading research and program evaluation of several citywide K–16 initiatives. Andrew received his BA in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MA in sociology from Columbia University.
