
Bridget Degnan
Project Manager, Behavioral Health
Bridget Degnan provides technical assistance to jurisdictions working to address behavioral health needs and improve reentry outcomes in the criminal justice system. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Bridget worked at a prison diversion program for individuals with substance use disorders. She also served as the principal investigator of a study on sex trafficking in the NYC metropolitan area and partnered with the Institute of State and Local Governance to assess the impact of police body-worn cameras. She brings over a decade of experience partnering with government agencies and community leaders to address behavioral health needs in communities. Bridget received her BA from Patrick Henry College and her MEd from the University of Oklahoma. She also serves as an adjunct professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
