Cam Ward

Alabama Senator Cam Ward has served in the Alabama State Senate since 2010. In 2014, he was appointed by Governor Bentley to serve as the chair of Alabama’s Prison Reform Task Force, which is a group of state policymakers and practitioners that guide the Justice Reinvestment Initiative in Alabama. Sen. Ward previously served two terms in the Alabama House of Representatives. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
