Carlos Sosa-Lombardo is a key member of the Behavioral Health Division’s leadership team, overseeing all aspects of the division’s operations portfolio. Previously, Carlos served the City of New Haven as the inaugural director of the Department of Community Resilience, where he developed and managed various divisions responsible for supporting vulnerable community members and improving community conditions. He also served as special projects director under the Community Services Administration, where he directed the creation of New Haven’s community responder program and provided strategic leadership to create the Department of Community Resilience. Previously, Carlos was the project manager for reentry services in the City of New Haven. Carlos holds a BA from the City University of New York — York College and an MPA from New York University.
