Courtney J. Fields leads efforts to advance internal and external communications for division success and helps strengthen the CSG Justice Center’s profile as a trusted source of information. For over a decade, Courtney amplified community voices across New York City and State, provided strategic direction in NYC schools, and worked to advance education policy within city agencies, including NYC’s Department of Education. While navigating an ever–changing political landscape, Courtney has committed her life’s work to building sustainable solutions for children in underfunded communities and supporting victims of violent crimes in NYC. Courtney has a BS in political science and international relations with a concentration in women’s studies.
