Elizabeth (Liz) Thomas serves as deputy division director for the State Initiatives Division and is responsible for the overall internal experience, coordination, and cross-division collaboration for the division. Before joining the CSG Justice Center, she spent the majority of her career in the nonprofit sector with a focus on organizational operations. She holds a BA from Hampshire College and an MA from New York University.
