Eunice Kwak serves as associate project finance manager. She oversees multimillion-dollar project portfolios, leading budget forecasting; financial reporting; and compliance with federal, state, local, and foundation funding requirements. Eunice collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic resource allocation, contract management, and continuous improvement of finance operations. She holds a BS in applied psychology from New York University and is fluent in English and Korean.
