Felicia Pagden provides strategic and tactical human resources and recruiting support to the CSG Justice Center team. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Felicia served as a consultant in the outsourced human resources department at Marcum LLP. In this role, she managed the daily human resources and payroll processing functions of more than a dozen nonprofit organizations across the U.S. She also worked with organization executives to align company policies and processes with stated missions and values. Felicia earned her BS in psychology from the University of London, Goldsmiths College.
