Jen Wilburne supports communications and public affairs efforts for the CSG Justice Center and its programs. With a varied career ranging from local journalism to vintage shop ownership to state government policy and communications, she most recently worked as the chief of staff and press secretary to former First Lady of Pennsylvania Frances Wolf and as the advisor on food and nutrition programs to former Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Wolf. In those roles, she led policy initiatives in criminal justice reform for women and food security and developed a statewide pandemic archival project. Jen has a BA in communication from Penn State University.
