Joshua Ward provides operational and administrative human resources support to the CSG Justice Center team. Before joining CSG Justice Center, Josh worked in local government as a human resources analyst for the town of Carrboro, providing support with talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations. Prior to that role, Josh worked as a human resources advisor in staffing and recruitment for the Memphis-Shelby County Schools public school system. Josh received his MBA and his BBA in human resources management from the University of Mississippi. Josh is also a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional.
