Kenya Salaudeen, a key member of the senior leadership team at the CSG Justice Center, leads the team responsible for human resources and talent acquisition initiatives. Before her tenure at the CSG Justice Center, she served as director of human resources and labor relations at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). She was responsible for managing all personnel programs; staffing public housing developments, central offices, and other NYCHA locations with a workforce exceeding 11,000; and supervising the agency’s labor relations program. Prior to NYCHA, Kenya was the vice president of human resources at Brightpoint Health, where she restructured recruitment and hiring procedures and developed programs for employee health benefits and recognition. Additionally, she served as the assistant director for benefits and policies at Harlem Children’s Zone, offering human resources support to employees across 20 locations. Kenya has also shared her expertise as an adjunct lecturer at the City University of New York School of Labor and Urban Studies and has mediated relationship and small claims matters. She earned her BA in sociology from Hunter College and graduated summa cum laude with an MS in organizational leadership from Mercy College. Currently, she is working toward a doctorate in business administration, specializing in industrial and organizational psychology.
