Keosha Donald analyzes policies and works in collaboration with policymakers and criminal justice agencies to develop a set of criminal justice metrics that is attainable for any state or agency. Previously, Keosha worked at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, where she researched and verified economic trends and employment and wages changes across industries. She also worked for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety as a probation/parole officer aiding individuals returning to their communities after incarceration. She earned her BS and MS in criminal justice from North Carolina Central University and has also studied at the University of California, Irvine.
