Keosha Donald

Keosha Donald is a senior policy analyst for the Justice Counts initiative’s impact team at the CSG Justice Center, where she collaborates with policymakers and criminal justice agencies to develop data-driven solutions that improve system transparency. She leads multi-state initiatives, project planning for agency engagement and data-sharing, and in the creation of tools that help agencies use data to inform decision-making, as well as manages stakeholder engagement. Keosha also supports the team as a “deliverables manager,” creating streamlined strategies for tracking impact team deliverables. She has served as a social/clinical research assistant at the NC Department of Commerce and as a probation/parole officer for the NC Department of Public Safety, supporting individuals returning to their communities. Keosha holds a BS and an MS in criminal justice from North Carolina Central University and has also studied at the University of California, Irvine.
