Kevin O’Connell

Kevin O’Connell is a research consultant who specializes in social policy analytics, process improvement, and evaluation. His work over the past 15 years at the state and county levels of government has provided him with a unique perspective on the analytic needs and information gaps to improve services and connections. Kevin has worked on a range of criminal justice, behavioral health care, and continuum of care reforms in California. He has provided technical assistance to counties and states using cross-system data analysis to improve outcomes for justice-involved behavioral health clients in both the juvenile and adult justice systems.
