Lacy Adams provides technical assistance to develop and implement strategies to connect people to health coverage and care before, during, and after involvement in the criminal justice system. Prior to joining the CSG Justice Center, Lacy worked at the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors, where she provided legislative affairs on behalf of Single State Agencies. Lacy has also worked at the National Governors Association, where she provided project assistance under the criminal justice and public safety team and the health team on projects related to supporting people involved in the justice system who have substance use disorders. Lacy earned her BS in health care management and policy from Indiana University and her MPH in population and health sciences from the University of Michigan.
